Hesed House | 1st Monday/Tuesday of the Month |  Hesed House

The congregation of Wheatland Salem Church orchestrates donations and volunteers to feed as many as 200 homeless residents dinner and breakfast at Hesed House on the first Monday and Tuesday of the month.

Do you enjoy cooking and sharing your hospitality? Helping Hands is a group who assist Wheatland Salem individuals / families with meals during those unique life events where a homemade meal can be a true blessing.

Helping Hands Baby Meals is a group who assists Wheatland Salem individuals/families with meals when a baby is delivered.  A homemade meal can be a true blessing upon the transition of a newborn at home.

Treasure Bears provide an opportunity for people who have been traveling the journey of grief to make a memorial teddy bear out of clothing that belonged to their loved one. Two consecutive Saturdays.

Gift Mart is a ministry that partners with our local schools to give a hand up at Christmas to the families.  We have one-day serving opportunities throughout December and planning opportunities for the event throughout the year.

Refugee Team | Meets throughout the Year | Various Days 

Learn about how to volunteer throughout the year as a Friend, a Driver, teach ESL, or learn about some of the supplies that are needed through World Relief as the most vulnerable families are in need.
