Faith Promise 2021 Pledge for Missions

Dear Wheatland Families,

We all know there is something wrong in the world. But for decades, Wheatland has been doing our part to do what is right. Each year, in November we celebrate what God is doing through our eighteen Faith Promise partners locally and globally. Come and hear their stories of God’s calling, life-changing transformation, and generous sacrificial giving. Your passion for Jesus Christ can ignite as you connect with how He has worked to transform lives through Wheatland’s commitment to missions. Over the years, God has faithfully provided over $200,000 annually to the work of evangelism, church planting, and leadership development.

The Faith Promise sermon series is titled “Seeing Missions Through New Lenses.” Throughout this four-week series, we believe you will be challenged to “pray,” “give,” and “go.” We want you to be an active part of what God is doing through His big mission story. We named our mission initiative Faith Promise because our financial support is based on faith and we promise to contribute what God provides through us that is above and beyond our regular giving. It takes all of us to make a difference and we believe He is just getting started!

 This year you can get involved in a short-term mission without leaving church!

Specifically pray for our eighteen mission partners. Boldly ask God how you can be active in your own missional life. Generously give as He reveals how you can impact His Kingdom work. We are God’s action plan to make transformation possible in our lost, lonely, and broken world.  Let’s answer Jesus’ great commission with a hearty, “Here I am, send me!”
