History Camp: Faith Heroes

July 12- 15 | 9 a.m. - Noon | 1st- 6th Grade | $50

This year’s History Camp will be different. Jesus told us we will have trouble in this world. He also said if our faith does not have deep roots, we will fall away when trouble comes. At History Camp, we will focus on several historical heroes whose faith had deep roots – people like Daniel, Augustine, John Wesley, and Richard Wurmbrand. We will learn how their faith influenced their lives and kept them strong when they faced trouble. Among these heroes are the Pilgrims who settled in Plymouth and 400 years ago this fall celebrated the first Thanksgiving. In honor of this anniversary, we will also focus on the Pilgrims and how their faith influenced them in ways that made them different than most other early settlers in America. Come to History Camp and meet some new and faithful heroes!
