If you have not done so, please Leaders and Students go and register with Hope Disaster Recovery. Only complete the lines that have red asterisk’s by them. The arrival date is 7/22, and the leave date is 7/28. Leave the “day off” section blank. The team identifier is located on the right side and is number 16 in the list. This Sunday the the 15th is the commissioning of our mission trip. That means that we are being prayed for in every service at Wheatland this weekend. I would ask that you try to be at one of the services at either campus. 

Final Paper work and payments are due this Sunday, July 15th! Turn EVERYTHING in by the 15th! We do not want to collect paper work on Saturday the 21st. Here is a packing list: 
First for the work sites you are not allowed to wear tank tops or shorts! The organization that we are working with said that it is better to wear t-shirts or long sleeve shirts and pants while working in the houses. So please pack enough long pants and t-shirts for that! Closed toed shoes are also a must. 
Overnight bag (for the trip down and back; you need to pack a bag that has less in it, and will be easily accessible for our over night stay on Saturday night)
    -twin size air mattress or cot - sleeping bag or sheets and blankets -Pillow -Personal items: toothbrush, deodorant, and anything that you would need for an over night -pajama’s -and a change of cloths for the next day.

On our leave day, July 21st, you all need to arrive by 7:00 a.m. It is early, but we need to get on the road for our day of travel! We ask that students eat before they come. We will not be stopping for breakfast. Students can also bring food along to eat on the way. When students arrive they will check in by door 4 at the picnic tables if it is not raining. If it is raining,, we will do check-in at the front circle drive. For check in they will go to the check in table, grab their shirt, put their over night bag in a pile off to the side, and pack the rest of their stuff in the cargo van. 

Parents if you want updates through the trip via text you can text “@p18mission” to “81010” and I will keep you updated. All students will need to text “@s18mission” to “81010” to stay connected with information through out the trip. So please ask your student to do so. 

I am finalizing some of the work materials that we will need, and as soon as I get the final list I will send it all out to you.
