We are very excited about the opportunity to bring worship back, live, in the sanctuary!  What we are talking about is building a solution to do in person and live stream worship. We've been working on preparing for this for months.

The Tuesday evening films have the most, social distanced, energy we have every had and the teams are in shape to move forward. We hope they can move forward, with your help.

Wheatland is purchasing technology and equipment to live stream at the same time that we have Sunday worship. We're purchasing state of the art cameras, rewire most of the sanctuary, and moving the tech booth to the first floor. 

The plan is to offer a live service each week where we can all come together in the sanctuary, or for others you will be able to watch the service live online, or view the service at a later time online.  

* Our hope is to have this project completed by mid to late March.   

The worship ministry, Leadership council and various committee chairs have been working together for weeks on this. And, when we looked at how to finance the upgrades for the future we realized that we should invite the congregation to help us move into the future, and live streaming, 

What we are asking for is a “one-time ask” to cover the cost of the equipment and technology, which is $20,000.  

The good news is that we have about $1,000 - 2,000 given already, and we need your help with the remaining $17,000 - 18,000.  So, you are invited to consider this giving this offering, as something above and beyond your normal gifts. Gifts may be given between, today February 14th and March 14th.
