Familiar faces brought great joy to our team today as we returned to New Life, some of us for our 4th time. Whether it's a close relationship with a particular person or just a mere remembrance of their name, the reunion was very comforting.
After arriving we spent the day interacting with the kids and preparing equipment for the tournament on Sunday. We will be providing food, equipment and New Testaments in Creole for all four teams on Sunday. We also packed similar items for offsite missions we will visit on Saturday and Monday. We finished the day on Friday by joining the kids of New Life for an outdoor movie, which is their tradition on Friday night. The kids in Haiti are so hungry for human touch. It is a truly great experience to be back hugging and loving the kids of New Life!
